Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to measure and analyze the level of business strategy maturity and IT strategy in PTPN VII Palembang. The method used to measure the level of maturity between business strategy and IT is Van Hout Model. The Van Hout model represents one model of maturity-aligned IT harmonization strategy assessment developed by combining several existing framework models such as Luftman and the MIT90 framework. In the Van Hout model there are five variables used, namely Intention and Support, Working Relationship, Shared Knowledge, IT Project and Planning, and IT Performance. From the analysis that has been done obtained the result that the level of business strategy maturity and IT in PTPN VII reached level of maturity with level 3 ie established focused project with average score 3.08. This means that PTPN VII has defined standards in governance, process and communication processes to achieve its business objectives. In addition, the variable that obtained the least score of maturity is the Working Relationhip variable with a mean score of 2.9 whereas the variable with the largest average score is the Intention and Support variable with the maturity score score 3.3 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis tingkat kematangan strategi bisnis dan strategi IT di PTPN VII Palembang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan antara strategi bisnis dan IT adalah Model Van Hout. Model Van Hout meruipakan salah satu model penilaian kematangan penyelarasan strategi IT–binis yang dikembangkan dengan cara mengkombinasikan beberapa model framework yang telah ada seperti Luftman dan framework MIT90. Di dalam model Van Hout terdapat lima buah variabel yang digunakan yakni, Intention and Support, Working Relationship, Shared Knowledge, IT Project and Planning, dan IT Performance. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat kematangan strategi bisnis dan IT pada PTPN VII mencapai tingkat kematangaan dengan level 3 yakni established focused project dengan skor rerata 3.08. Ini berarti bahwa PTPN VII telah mendefinisikan standar dalam tata kelola, proses proses dan komunikasi untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisnya. Selain itu variabel yang memperoleh nilai skor kematangan paling kecil adalah variabel Working Relationhip dengan skor rerata 2.9 sedangkan variabel dengan skor rerata paling besar adalah variabel Intention and Support dengan nilai skor kematangan 3.3
