Abstract
In very university a lot of students who follow that organization (UKMK) that is in the campus to add experlance and phenomena. That exist in the field of many students who do not have the emotional intelligence and good self concept. Researchers get the problem formulation is whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence with self-concept in students who follow the UKMK in UIN Taden Fatah Palembang. Research method used is quantitative methode widh correlational design. Sampling technique using sampling purposive whit number of sampling 195. Emotional intelligence using aspects presented by Goleman, while the self-concept scale using aspects proposed by berzansky. Analysis result p=0,000 (p<0,05) proved that hypothesis that there is a very significant positive relationship between emotionla intelligence with self-concept in students who follow UKMK in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, where the higher the emotional intelligence of a person the better the self-concept of the person.
