Abstract

The goal of this research is to know "the relationship between self efficacy with decision making of Islamic psychology department of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang". Research subjects 106 students Students class of 2017 majoring in Islamic psychology faculty of Psychology UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The method used is the scale of psychology by using Likert scale, the scale of self efficacy with the scale of decision-making. The self efficacy scale consists of 40 items (0.898) while the decision scale of 35 items (0.920). The data analysis method used for. All calculations are done with the help of SPSS program (Study Program of Social Sciences) version 20 for windows. After the analysis of product moment used to determine the relationship between two research variables, namely self efficacy with decision making Islamic psychology department UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Based on the results of statistical calculations that have been done indicate a significant relationship, self efficacy with decision making Islamic psychology UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The results of this study is evidenced by what is the number 0,562 with the value of sig. 0.000 where p <0,01, hence from this result can be know existence of very significant relation between self efficacy with decision making at student of psychology of Islam UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
