Abstract
UIN Raden Fatah Palembang already has an e-learning information system both to support the performance of employees, lecturers and for services to students. E-learning Raden Fatah UIN itself was developed using an open source learning management system (LMS) application, namely LMS Moodle. However, until now it has not been known whether the service management in e-learning UIN Raden Fatah has a good IT service management standard because it was developed using an open source application (free). The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of e-learning services at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang using the ITIL version 3 method in the domain service strategy and service design. This study produced a maturity level value regarding the management of service management of the e-learning information system of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang which was obtained based on the ITIL framework.
