Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student learning outcomes after application of the method of recitation by using worksheets in class VII SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Palembang, and a significant positive effect on the application of the method of recitation using student worksheets to the learning outcomes of students in class VII Muhammadiyah 4 Palembang. This research uses experimental research design where VII.A class as a class experiment with a number of 30 students and the class as a class VII.C control with the number of 29 students. This study was conducted on May 16, 2014 until May 30, 2014. Based on the calculation and discussion gained an average value of 82.35 experimental grade students included in the category of excellent, while the average value of student learning outcomes control class 75 , 15 included in the category enough. After calculation using t-test obtained t = 4.736 and 1.6715 for thitung table = > t table then H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect on the application of the method of recitation using student worksheets to the learning outcomes of students in class VII SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Palembang. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode resitasi dengan mengunakan lembar kerja siswa di kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 4 palembang, dan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari penerapan metode resitasi dengan menggunakan lembar kerja siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen dimana kelas VII.A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 30 siswa dan kelas VII.C sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 29 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Mei 2014 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Mei 2014. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pembahasan diperoleh rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen 82,35 termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali, sedangkan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol 75,15 termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 4,736 dan ttabel = 1,6715 karena thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari penerapan metode resitasi dengan menggunakan lembar kerja siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Palembang. Kata Kunci: Metode Resitasi, Lembar Kerja Siswa dan Hasil Belajar Siswa.
