Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the practice of entrusting services among students in the Islamic business perspective of Muhammadiyah University in the city of Palembang. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, discussions with several students and from several sources of other articles. From the research that has been carried out, the results show that the practice of buying and selling services can still not be fully benefited by the consumers, especially for students of Universita Muhammadiyah. This is due to the ujrah cost cutting which was not explained at the beginning of the contract and caused some consumers to feel aggrieved and disappointed. Based on the provisions of the muamalah principle, the party providing the order has ignored the muamalah principle because it has harmed consumers. Keywords: the practice of entrusting services, muamalah.
