Abstract
Educators can acces the ability of their students through a face-to-face based learning process. It can be seen the response shown by student in learning. Every learning can be seen by the students learning outcomes in the learning process.This study aims to describe the implementation of face-to-face learning after the fourth grade covid-19 pandemic in thematic learning and student learning outcomes in face-to-face learning after the fourth grade covid-19 pandemic in thematic learning. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques usings observation, interviews and documentation. Component in data analysis techniques include : data reduction, data presesntation and conclusions. The validity of the data was tested usings the type od source/data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that 1 : the implementation of face-to-face learning after the covid-19 pandemic is guided by the lesson plans, the thematic learning planning process in grade four B is in accordance with the teacher who will carry out learning because the teacher prepares learning according to the theme and material to be delivered to student. 2. Student learning outcomes show that learning is categorized as good. Of 18 students there ara 2 students in the very good category and 16 students in the good category.
