Abstract
This thesis is entitled "The Phenomenon of Increasing the Religious Value of Post-Perkaderan Darul Arqam Students, Basic Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Commissariat of the Faculty of Islamic Religion at Muhammadiyah University of Palembang". At the Student Association Organization (IMM) before someone wants to join the Muhammadiyah Student Association Organization (IMM) they must follow the initial cadre which is usually called the Darul Arqam Basic (DAD) cadre. increasing the value of religiosity in each individual. But there are also some students after joining the Darul Arqam Basic cadre there is no change in him and gradually they leave the Muhammadiyah Student Association Organization because they do not accept to become Muhammadiyah cadres. From the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) How is the Darul Arqam Basic Cadre Pattern for the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Commissariat of the Faculty of Islamic Religion at the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang? (2) What is the Influence of Darul Arqam Basis on Increasing the Religiosity of Cadre of Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM)?. The type of research used in this thesis is field research. The type of data in this study is qualitative which describes an object of research. The data sources used are primary data sources obtained from the Chairperson of the IMM commissariat of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, alumni of Darul Arqam Basic cadre participants, IMM cadres, Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. and secondary data taken from the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) manual, the internet. Methods of data collection in this study through several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this thesis includes three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study conclude the phenomenon of increasing the value of religiosity of students after the Darul Arqam Basic cadre, namely the participants who before joining the Darul Arqam Basic (DAD) cadre still lacked understanding about monotheism, liked to delay prayer times, lacked help to others, in terms of dressing they were still not appropriate. with Islamic law, wrong in the procedure for purification. After participating in the Darul Arqam Basic (DAD) cadre, the cadres or participants become more confident in monotheism, respect time, perform prayers on time, are more sensitive to the surrounding environment, wear clothes according to Islamic law, know the correct procedure for performing ablution. The factors that cause an increase in the value of religiosity among alumni participating in the Darul Arqam Basic (DAD) cadre are intake of religious material, getting used to carrying out worship, a supportive environment, and the professionalism of the committee.
