Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the benefits of using electronic money (e-money) in a review of maqashid sharia on the principle of maintaining property for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, discussions with several students and from several sources of other articles. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that the benefits of using electronic money (e-money) in the review of maqashid sharia on the principle of maintaining property have conformity. This is because electronic money is equipped with good security and protection and is also in harmony with the concept of money in Islam, thus the principle of maintaining property has been well maintained.
