Abstract

This research was intended to find out students’ perception in the use of Google Classroom application on learning writing at SMK Bakti Ibu 3 Palembang. This study used a qualitative research with a case study to find out the students’s perceptions on the use of Google Classroom in learning writing in online English class. This study was conducted at SMK Bakti Ibu 3 Palembang with 6 of students as the participants by using convenience sampling. In collecting data, the researcher used interview through open ended questions. The data were analyed by using thematic analysis technique. The result of this study were based on interviews concluded that there were perceptions the use of Google Classroom on learning writing, as follow: 1) learning informations, 2) learning systems, 3) interaction, 4) time management and 5) data storage.
