Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to one-shoulder volunteers at the Indonesian One Amal Social Welfare Institution with a research population of 130 people and the number of research subjects 95 volunteers. Collecting data using organizational commitment scale and organizational support perception scale. This study uses correlational quantitative methods with pearson's product moment analysis. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant relationship between perceptions of organizational support and organizational commitment to one-shoulder volunteers at the Indonesian One Amal Social Welfare Institution, this was evidenced by the correlation coefficient value r=0.721 (p<0.05), meaning the higher the volunteer's perception towards organizational support, the higher the commitment shown by one-shoulder volunteers at the Indonesian One Amal Social Welfare Institution.
