Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction for the office staff of the general election supervisory agency of South Sumatra Province. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample, totaling 30 staff of the Kantor Bawaslu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was a full sample, totaling 30 staff office staff of the general election supervisoryagency of South Sumatra Province. The instrument used was a Job Satisfaction scale witha Life Satisfaction which was analyzed using the SPSS Version 26 program for windows. The results of the hypothesis test showed an incredibly significant value of 0.000 with p<0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), these results indicate that job saticfation has arelationship with life saticfaction for the officestaff of the general election supervisory agency of South Sumatra Province. So it can be stated that he proposed hypothesis is proven. Key Words: Job Satisfaction, Life Satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kepuasan Hidup Staf Kantor Bawaslu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, berjumlah 30 Staf pada Kantor Bawaslu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja dengan skala Kepuasan hidup yang dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS Versi 26 for windows. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan nilai sangat signifikan 0,000 dimana p<0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), hasil ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan dengan Kepuasan Hidup pada Staf kantor Bawaslu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Hidup
