Abstract
ABSTRAK Strategi restrukturisasi merupakan cara yang digunakan bank untuk membantu nasabah meringankan beban kewajiban nasabah kepada bank agar dapat lancar kembali dalam membayar angsurannya. Inti permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada KPR Platinum iB dan bagaimana efektivitas strategi restrukturisasi penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah pada KPR Platinum iB di, sehingga tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada KPR Platinum iB di BTN KCS Palembang dan tingkat efektivitas strategi restrukturisasi bermasalah pada KPR Platinum iB di Bank Tabungan Negara KCS Palembang. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti dapatkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, faktor yang paling sering terjadi yaitu faktor ekonomi atau pendapatan nasabah yang tidak stabil. Strategi restrukturisasi yang di terapkan di BTN KCS Palembang sudah efektif hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator dari efektivitas dapat di capai dan dari restrukturisas tersebut dapat membantu nasabah yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Kata kunci: efektivitas, pembiayaan bermasalah, restrukturisasi ABSTRACT The restructuring strategy is a method used by banks to help customers ease the burden on customers' obligations to the bank so that they can return to paying their installments smoothly. The core problem in this study is what factors cause problematic financing in KPR Platinum iB and how is the effectiveness of the restructuring strategy in handling problematic financing in KPR Platinum iB in, so the purpose of this research is to find out what factors cause problematic financing in KPR Platinum. iB at BTN KCS Palembang and the effectiveness of the troubled restructuring strategy on KPR Platinum iB at the State Savings Bank KCS Palembang. The research method that the researcher uses is using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and journals. The results of the research that the researchers found that the factors that caused problematic financing were internal factors and external factors, the most common factors were economic factors or unstable customer income. The restructuring strategy implemented at BTN KCS Palembang was effective, it can be seen from several indicators from the effectiveness can be achieved and from the restructuring can help customers who experience a decrease in income.
