Abstract
The right to protection of the refroductive functions of maids who affirmed in article 11 paragraph (1) f, is the inherent rights of women as human beings themselves who have dignity. These rights are special rights that exist in women who are guaranteed and protected by law. This research is a field research using qualitative data derived from primary and secondary data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively the right to protection of migrant workers in refroductive function implemented in the form of granting the right to rest (on leave) menstruation, rest (on leave) pregnant and chilbirth and breastfeeding breaks during working hours. Granting the right to rest (on leave) and rest periods (on leave) get pregnant and gift birth to the maids in the city of Palembang has been implemented well, but the entitlement to breastfeeding breaks during working hours has not been implemented proferly. The factors that encourage the implementation of reproductive rights to the prorection function againts migran workers in the city of Palembang is the existance of a clear legal basis for good law both international law dan national law, then the level of knowledge ang understanding of the rights of migran workers is quite high, it is because of sosialization of the company. But with the establishment of trade union has not been in such companies then this block for the implementation of the rights of breastfeeding breaks at work. Forword should be in the form of labour unions in the unit of each company in order to formally encourage the rigts of migran workers who can not be implemented properly.
