Abstract
Loading specifically women's human rights as a result of the approval of Indonesia to the Convention on the Ellimination of All Forms of Discriminations against Women. Rights of women who want to be included in the text of the canges include : The Right of individuals to determine when she will have children, how many children and the right to determine how long the distances between some of the children's birth. The right to obtain service related to reproduction. The right to obtain the communication, information and education related to those rights. The right to sexual activity without coercion, discrimination and violence. Therefore, further amandements necessary in order to lead people and the nation better.
