Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of the Personnel Information System users using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. This study uses a questionnaire distributed to 243 users Personnel Information System. The results of the study indicate that the user satisfaction score of each EUCS variable can be seen that thevariable content with a percentage of 82.77% towards user satisfaction, thevariable accuracy with a percentage of 81.52% on user satisfaction, thevariable format with a percentage of 80, 69% for user satisfaction, thevariable ease of use with a percentage of 81.02% for user satisfaction and thevariable timeliness with a percentage of 80.86% for user satisfaction. The Personnel Information System on all variables is satisfied which is on an interval scale of 4 (satisfied). Keywords : Analysis, Personnel Information System, EUCS ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian menggunakan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 243 pengguna Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kepuasan pengguna masing￾masing variabel EUCS yang dapat dilihat bahwa variabel content dengan persentase sebesar 82,77% terhadap kepuasan pengguna, variabel accuracy dengan persentase sebesar 81,52% terhadap kepuasan pengguna, variabel format dengan persentase sebesar 80,69% terhadap kepuasan pengguna, variabel ease of use dengan persentase sebesar 81,02% terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan variabel timeliness dengan persentase sebesar 80,86% terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian pada semua variabel sudah merasa puas yang berada pada skala interval 4 (puas). Kata Kunci : Analisis, Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian, EUCS
