Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and aggressive behavior in Singa Mania Palembang Football Supporters. This research uses correlational quantitative methods and data collection techniques using a scale. The population in this study were Singa Mania Palembang supporters, totaling 140 people, while the sample was 100 people. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between conformity and aggressive behavior in Palembang's lion mania fans. The measuring instrument used in this study uses two scales, namely, the conformity scale according to Wiggins (1994) and the aggressive behavior scale according to Buss and Perry (1992). The data obtained in this study were analyzed using the Pearson's Product Moment correlation analysis technique which was used to see the relationship between variables assisted by SPSS version 25.0 for windows. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between conformity and the aggressive behavior of the Palembang lion mania football fans, this is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient which shows the number r = 0.955, with a sig. 0.000 where p<0.05.
