Abstract
ABSTRAK Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis pengalaman pengguna (user experience) mahasiswa prodi ilmu perpustakaan angkatan 2018 terhadap repository di UPT Perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui user experience mahasiswa prodi ilmu perpustakaan angkatan 2018 terhadap repository. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui hasil penyebaran angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus mean dan grand mean. User experience yang digunakan adalah user experience honeycomb yang meliputi useful, findable, credible, valuable, usable, desirable dan accessible. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata dari keseluruhan item yang dinilai dapat dikatakan tinggi karena berada pada skala penilaian 2,50-3,25 yaitu sebesar 3,23, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa user experience mahasiswa prodi ilmu perpustakaan angkatan 2018 terhadap repository termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Pengguna, Mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Perpustakaan Angkatan 2018, Repository ABSTRACT This study investigated the user experience of the 2018 library science study program students on the repository at UPT Library UIN Raden Fatah State Palembang. This study aims to find out the user experience of the 2018 library science study program students on the repository. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 students. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and, documentation. Analysis uses “mean” formula and “grand mean”. User experience which was used, is user experience honeycomb, which includes useful, findable, credible, valuable, usable, desirable and accessible. The results of this study indicated that the average value of the overall items assessed can be said as good on a rating scale of 2.50-3.25, which is 3.23. It can be concluded that the user experience of the 2018 library science study program students towards the repository is included in high category.
