Abstract

ABSTRACT Research on the shift in solidarity of Muslim farming communities from the perspective of Emile Durkeim's social philosophy, a case study of the people of Tanjung Raman Village, Ujanmas District, Muara Enim Regency, is motivated by changes in the agricultural system starting from the way the rice fields are cultivated and the tools used are different, this has more or less eroded the error. One culture that exists in Tanjung Raman Village is mutual cooperation, and this shift in solidarity will be seen through the eyes of Emile Durkheim with his theory, namely the Division of Lobor in Society. In particular, this article starts from two problems, namely how the solidarity of the Muslim farming community in Tanjung Raman Village has shifted from the perspective of Emile Durkheim's social philosophy and what factors inhibit and support the solidarity of the Muslim farming community in Tanjung Raman Village. This research is qualitative in nature and takes the form of field research, the primary data source in this research is obtained from observations and interviews with informants, secondary data sources are obtained through literature books, journals and works related to the research object and the media other electronics. The results of this research show that in fact the value of mutual cooperation in the Muslim farming community in Tanjung Raman Village actually still exists and is implemented but has more or less experienced a shift, namely from mechanical to organic solidarity and the inhibiting factors in this solidarity are materialism and modernization. Apart from these inhibiting factors, family ties, culture and of course religion are supporting factors in creating solidarity. Keywords: Muslim Farmers, Solidarity
