Abstract
ABSTRAK Pemilihan karir sebagai kepala pengumpulan dan pendistribusian Zakat, infaq, shodaqoh, dan wakaf ( ZISWAF ) di perlukan seseorang yang memang paham terhadap sebuah lembaga ZISWAF terkhusus bagi mahasiswa yang ingin terjun dalam bidang pengumpulan dan pendistribusian ZISWAF, salah satunya minat mahasiswa memiliki peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan atau lembaga yang nantinya akan dipilih sebagai karir yang akan di jalani setelah selesai pendidikan Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, metode kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filosofi positivisme yang bertujuan untuk meneliti populasi dan sampel, pengumpulan data dengan cara menggunakan instrumen penelitian dan data bersifat statistik dengan tujuan menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 126 mahasiswa manajemen zakat dan wakaf angkatan 2019. dengan karakteristik mahasiswa yang telah lulus mata kuliah magang dan lulus mata kuliah metode penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu variabel Magang (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berkarir pada Lembaga ZISWAF, Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berkarir pada Lembaga ZISWAF.. Kata Kunci : Magang, Lingkungan Kerja dan Minat ABSTRACT Career selection as the head of the collection and distribution of Zakat, infaq, shodaqoh, and waqf (ZISWAF) requires someone who really understands a ZISWAF institution, especially for students who want to get involved in the field of collecting and distributing ZISWAF, one of which is student interest has an important role in a company or institution that will be chosen as a career that will be carried out after completing education In this study using quantitative research methods, quantitative methods are research based on the philosophy of positivism which aims to investigate populations and samples, collect data by using research instruments and data statistical in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. In this research is to use a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The population used in this study was 126 zakat and waqf management students class of 2019. with the characteristics of students who had passed the apprenticeship course and passed the research methods course. The sample in this study amounted to 56 samples using a sampling technique based on purposive sampling. The research results obtained were that the Internship variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the Interests of Career Students at the ZISWAF Institute, the Work Environment (X2) had positive and significant effect on the Interests of Career Students at the ZISWAF Institution.
