Abstract
1 STUDI KITAB AL-JAMI’ AL-SHOGHIR FII AHADITS AL-BASYIR AL-NADZIR TENTANG PERNIKAHAN Oleh : Rizky Firmansyah Kgsrizkyfirmansyahalabbas@gmail.com Dr, Uswatun Hasanah, M.Ag Uswatunhasanah_uin@radenfatah.ac.id Sulaiman Mohammad Nur, M.A Sulaimanmohammadnur_uin@radenfatah.ac.id ABSTRAK This thesis is entitled"Study of Kitab Al-Jami' Al-Shaghir Fii Ahadith Al- Bashir Al-Nadzir About Marriage". Marriage is a way to form a happy and prosperous family that is blessed by Allah SWT and cannot be separated from the two basic religious laws of the Qur'an and hadith. There are in the book al-Jami al-Shaghir according to his opinion that in his sanad there are forgers and liars in his book there are hadiths that are sahih, hasan, dhaif and the like. Kitab jami' as-shaghir is one of the hadith books that is widely used as a reference, which contains a collection of hadith, one of which is the marriage hadith "Let you marry and do not (make it easier) to divorce, because indeed Allah SWT does not like men and women who live celibate, marriage is the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW".Including the virtue hadith about marriage. Against this background, the problem is formulated, How is the meaning of the marriage hadith in the book al-Jami' al-Shaghir fii Ahadits al-Bashir al-Nadzir? The type of research that will be used is library-based research (library research), which is a series of activities related to data collection methods from library facilities, then selecting these data, and analyzing these data. This research focuses on primary sources, namely the book al-Jami' al-Shaghir fii ahadits al-Bashir al-Nadzir and specifically on its contents, namely hadith about marriage. The findings in this study that the meaning of the marriage hadith in the book al-Jami' al-Shaghir fii Ahadits al- Basyir al-Nadzir are. First, that the Prophet Muhammad SAW, recommended marrying a fertile woman and forbade celibacy for those who were able to marry because with the many people of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, he was proud of the other Prophet's people on the Day of Judgment. Second, celibacy without a reason that can be in the role of sharia is behavior that is not in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet SAW. 2 Keywords: Kitab Al-Jami' Al-Shaghir Fii Ahadith Al-Bashir Al-Nadzir, Hadith, Marriage
