Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan Nomophobia pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Fakultas Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 110 dengan teknik sample random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan ialah skala kontrol diri dan skala Nomophobia. Hasil analisis data dengan korelasi product moment (dengan bantuan SPSS versi. 25 for windows) menunjukan ada hubungan kontrol diri dengan Nomophobia, p=0,000 (p>0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan kontrol diri dengan Nomophobia pada mahasiswa.
