Abstract
Abstract This thesis is entitled The Behavior of Diesel Oil Traders Capitalists in Pulau Harapan Village in the Review of Madjid Fakhry's Religious Ethics. The reason for choosing this title is because it is to find out the forms of capitalist behavior of diesel oil traders in Pulau Harapan village. Second, how is the behavior of the capitalist diesel oil traders in Pulau Harapan Village seen from the view of Madjid Fakhry's religious ethics. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type (seeing real events). The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are data sources taken directly from the problems involved in the research obtained directly from traders, the public and others. While secondary resources are data sources obtained from documents, articles and journals. The results of this study can be concluded that regarding the forms of behavior of diesel oil traders in Pulau Harapan Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin III Regency, namely freedom to own assets individually, economic freedom and free competition, selfishness and no government interference. As for the capitalist behavior of diesel oil traders in Pulau Harapan Village, seen from the view of Madjid Fakhry's religious ethics, all the behavior and habits of traders and society must be based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. Regarding the freedom to own property individually, only focusing on each other's activities and often forgetting the obligation to only focus on seeking profit, then economic freedom and free competition should be based on the Qur'an and Sunnah.
