Abstract

Service companies such as banks must be able to pay attention to the quality of their employees' performance to be able to compete with other sharia banks. However, in reality, in the field, sometimes the quality of service at the South Sumatra Babel bank is still inferior to the quality of banking services at other sharia banks. Because compensation and motivation are important factors in encouraging improvements in the quality of employee performance. The aim of this research is to determine directly or indirectly the influence of salary, allowances and bonuses on the performance of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang employees through work motivation. This type of research is quantitative research with a research sample of 36 people, the instrument testing technique uses validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that bonuses have no effect on employee performance, allowances have an effect on employee performance, salary has no effect on employee performance, bonuses have a significant effect on work motivation, allowances have a significant effect on work motivation, salary has no effect on work motivation, motivation has an effect on employee performance , bonuses influence employee performance through work motivation, allowances influence employee performance through work motivation, salary does not influence employee performance through work motivation.
