Abstract
Online services are the latest concept that is very popular with various companies, because online services are the most effective service concept today. This encourages one of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang to provide leading and quality services to provide easy access and information for students. This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the quality of online services for new student admissions at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and provide analytical recommendations. The method used in this study is the Kano method. The stages of research based on quantitative methods include a preliminary survey, data collection through observation and questionnaire distribution, then proceed with calculations using the Kano method to measure the quality of online services for new student admissions at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
