Abstract
ABSTRAK Kebijakan harga minyak goreng yang sebelumnya berubah-ubah ini menimbulkan keresahan masyarakat Indonesia terutama dikalangan perempuan dan keresahan itu juga dialami kaum perempuan di Desa Kasmaran Kecamatan Babat Toman kabupaten musi banyuasin. Penelitian ini sebagai upaya untuk menganalisis tentang “Sikap Politik Kaum Perempuan di Desa Kasmaran Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin terhadap inkonsistensi harga minyak goreng di indonesia”. Metode penelitian skripsi ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan teknik analisis data melalu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian yaitu Pertama, sikap politik kaum perempuan di Desa Kasmaran terhadap inkonsistensi kebijakan harga minyak goreng diantaranya merasa keberatan adanya inkonsitensi harga minyak goreng karena dari segi harga maupun stoknya sangat mempersulit warga terutama ibu-ibu di Desa Kasmaran untuk mendapatkan minyak goreng yang bagus dan harga yang lebih murah dan membuat ibu-ibu merasa binggung dengan politik pemerintahan yang mebagikan program harga minyak murah dimasyarakat sekitar akan tetapi dengan stok yang sedikit sehingga kebayakan masyarakat tidak mendapatnyanya. Kembali membeli kepedagang dengan harga yang sangat mahal dan tidak bermerek (curah). Kedua, faktor yang melatar belakangi sikap politik kaum perempuan di Desa Kasmaran terhadap inkonsistensi kebijakan harga minyak goreng yaitu menaikan harga minyak minyak goreng karena dari pemasok haraganya sudah melonjak tinggi dan yang didapatnya pedagang kecil mendapatkan harga lebih tinggi untuk dijual Kembali dan adanya peyetokan barang dari agen-agen besar untuk mendapatakan keuntungan yang lebih besar jika terjadi kelangkahan minyak goreng di Perdesaan hal tersebut mebuat warga khusunya ibu-ibu membicarakan dengan keinkosentesi harga minyak goreng dipemerita Desa mungkin akan ada perubahan atau menurunnya harga minyak goreng. Kata Kunci: SikapPolitik, Kaum Perempuan, Inkonsistensi Harga Minyak Goreng ABSTRACT This policy on cooking oil prices, which previously fluctuated, caused anxiety among the Indonesian people, especially among women, and women in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, also experienced this anxiety. This research is an attempt to analyze the "Political Attitudes of Women in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency towards the inconsistency of cooking oil prices in Indonesia". This thesis research method is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study include interviews and documentation. With data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions The results of the study are First, the political attitudes of women in Kasmaran Village towards the inconsistency of the cooking oil price policy include objecting to the inconsistency of cooking oil prices because in terms of price and stock it makes it very difficult for residents, especially women in Kasmaran Village to get good cooking oil and good prices. which is cheaper and makes mothers feel confused by the politics of the government which distributes cheap oil prices to the surrounding community but with limited stock so most people don't get it. Back to buying from traders at very high prices and not branded (bulk). Second, the factors behind the political attitude of women in Kasmaran Village towards the inconsistency of the cooking oil price policy, namely increasing the price of cooking oil because the price of the supplier has soared and what small traders get is a higher price to resell and there is stockpiling of goods from agents. - big agents to get bigger profits if there is a shortage of cooking oil in rural areas, this makes residents, especially women, talk about inconcentration in the price of cooking oil in the village government, maybe there will be a change or decrease in the price of cooking oil.
