Abstract
ABSTRAK Masjid Al Muhajirin merupakan masjid yang mengelola zakat, yang dikelola oleh amil. Setelah itu di distribusikan kepada orang-orang yang berhak menerimanya, tetapi pembagian zakat tersebut belum terbagi merata dan menyebabkan pendistribusian zakatnya belum efektif. Masih perlu pemahaman mendalam mengenai tentang pengumpulan hingga dendistribusian zakat untuk para amil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi pendistribusian zakat berbasis masjid di Masjid Al Muhajirin Desa Sumber Makmur Kecamatan Muara Padang Kabupaten Banyuasin. Dan apakah hal tersebut sudah sesuai dengan syariat agama islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu obserasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti maka diperoleh hasil bahwa soal menjalankan amanah masjid Al Muhajirin ini sudah menjalankan dengan baik dan menampung para masyarakat yang ingin membayarkan zakatnya di Masjid, akan tetapi pelaksanaanya belum efektif. Adapun penghambatnya adalah para amil dan panitia zakat di Masjid Al Muhajirin ini belum terlalu memahami wewenang dan tugas yang di embannya. Dari sejauh ini pendistribusian zakatnya sudah sesuai syariat islam dengan membagikan zakat tersebut kepada 8 ashaf yang berhak menerima zakat tersebut dan tidak keluar dari kategori itu, akan tetapi pendistribusiannya belum terbagi merata. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi, Pendistribusian, Berbasis Masjid ABSTRACT Al Muhajirin Mosque is a mosque that manages zakat, which is managed by amil. After that, it is distributed to those who are entitled to receive it, but the distribution of zakat has not been evenly distributed and causes the distribution of zakat to be ineffective. There is still a need for in-depth understanding of the collection and distribution of zakat for amil. This study aims to determine the optimization of mosque-based zakat distribution at the Al Muhajirin Mosque, Sumber Makmur Village, Muara Padang District, Banyuasin Regency. And whether this is in accordance with Islamic religious law. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the results obtained that the matter of carrying out the mandate of the Al Muhajirin mosque has run well and accommodates people who want to pay their zakat at the mosque, but the implementation has not been effective. The obstacle is that the amil and zakat committee at the Al Muhajirin Mosque do not really understand the authority and duties they carry. From so far the distribution of zakat has been in accordance with Islamic law by distributing zakat to 8 ashaf who are entitled to receive zakat and not out of that category, but the distribution has not been evenly distributed.
