Abstract
Services in the health sector are one form of service that is most needed by the community. The free health service program is an effort to increase the accessibility and equity of health services for underprivileged communities. One of the organizations that organizes this program in South Sumatra is Dompet Dhuafa using zakat funds and establishing a Free Health Service (LKC) clinic located in the 7 Ulu sub-district. The aim of this research is to see what factors influence the trust of the 7 Ulu community which uses dhuafa members towards the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Services program in South Sumatra. This type of research includes qualitative method research. Data collection was carried out using the Observation, Interview and Documentation method carried out in the 7 Ulu Community which uses dhuafs members seeking treatment at the LKC Dompet Dhuafa Clinic, South Sumatra. The data analysis technique used is the Interactive Model data analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results of research with several 7 Ulu communities who have been seeking treatment at LKC for a long time, the factors that influence the 7 Ulu community's trust in the Dompet Dhuafa South Sumatra free health service (LKC) program are good service quality, consistency in treating patients, and clinic that is close and affordable to where they live, and they also explained that they were very helpful and very satisfied with the implementation of the Dompet Dhuafa South Sumatra Free Health Service program.
