Abstract
Economic growth is one of the indicators of successful economic development in a region. Essentially, good economic development will reflect the progress of that area. The importance of economic development is inseparable from the contribution of humans as the main actors and beneficiaries. This research aims to provide an overview of the influence of the Human Development Index, the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and the Labor Force Participation Rate on Economic Growth in the City of Palembang. The research methodology used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Eviews 12 application, using time series data from 2013 to 2022. The t-test proves that the Human Development Index has a positive and significant effect, the development of MSMEs has a positive and significant effect, the Labor Force Participation Rate has a negative but insignificant effect, and the results of the F test prove a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of determination of 97.8%.
