Abstract
This study aims to find out the impact of customer benefit and trust on interest in using BSI m-Banking services in students of FEBI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The data collection method in this study uses a distributed questionnaire motode. The population used in this study was a student of FEBI UIN Raden Fatah who used BSI m-Banking. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in the study was determined using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample population was as large as 124 respondents. Testing of data and hypotheses using the SPSS method (Stastistical Program for Science) with the help of the program version 26. The results of the research showed that the Variable Utility (X1) has a positive and significant impact on the interest of students Febi UIN Raden Fatah 2020-2021 using BSI Mobile Banking services seen from the t test with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05, while the test t count value is of 3.737. Then the variable Confidence (X2) has a negative and significant influence on the student interest of Febi uin Raden Fattah 2020-2021.
