Abstract

ABSTRACT Name : Siska Inda Putri Program : Islamic Psychology Title : The Relationship Between Interpersonal Communication and Self- Concept in Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 07 OKU This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 07 OKU. Assuming the higher the self-concept, the higher the interpersonal communication, and vice versa, the lower the self-concept, the lace the interpersinal communication. Research methods are quantitative. A total of 114 students were taken using a simplerandom sampling technique. The instruments used are the self-concept scale and the interpersonal communication scale. Data analysis using product moment correlation with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The results of the hypothesis test show an r value = 0.450 with a sig value of 0.071. then there is a significant relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 07 OKU.
