Abstract

Sistem informasi Geografis untuk tempat pembuangan sampah sementara studi kasus kecamatan Ilir Timur 1 Palembang, merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan serta menyajikan informasi mengenai letak koordinat lokasi TPS, jadwal pengangkutan sampah pada masing-masing TPS yang tersebar di wilayah kota Palembang khususnya kecamatan Ilir Timur 1, serta menyajikan layanan pengaduan/keluhan masyarakat kepada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Palembang sub Dinas Kebersihan dan Keindahan Kota (DKK) terkait permasalahan sampah dilapangan. Selain itu SIG ini membantu staf dilapangan proses angkutan yang lebih efisien dan cepat. Pembuatan SIG ini menggunakan cara pengumpulan data dengan mengambil dari pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Palembang, mewawancara staf dilapangan, studi literatur yang mendukung terori penyelesaian masalah serta DFD Data Flow Diagram untuk perancangan perangkat lunaknya disertai juga pengujian perangkat lunaknya dengan metode pengujian Black-Box. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun SIG menggunakan PHP sebagai interface dan Geogle Maps API. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis(SIG), koordinat lokasi TPS, layananan pengaduan ABSTRACT Geographic information system for temporary waste disposal site case study of Ilir Timur 1 Palembang sub-district, is a system that provides and presents information about the coordinates of TPS locations, waste transportation schedules at each TPS spread across the city of Palembang, especially in Ilir Timur 1 sub-district. , as well as providing public complaints/complaints to the Palembang Environment and Hygiene Service, the City Cleanliness and Beauty Sub-Office (DKK) related to waste problems in the field. In addition, this GIS helps staff in the field to process transportation more efficiently and quickly. Making this GIS uses data collection methods by taking from the Palembang Environment and Hygiene Service, interviewing staff in the field, studying literature that supports the theory of problem solving and DFD Data Flow Diagrams for software design along with software testing with the Black-Box testing method.
