Abstract Humans were created on this earth with a specific purpose. Humans have three missions, namely the first, the mission to worship, the second, the functional mission as caliph, and the third, the operational mission to prosper the earth. In the Qur'an, humans are praised as the most perfect creatures created by Allah SWT in this world. This research is a type of qualitative research, namely literature or what is usually called (library research) which uses the muqarin or comparison method by comparing the opinions between the two Mufassir. The purpose of this research is to find out the position of Human Glory in Q.S Al-Isra' verse 70 and to find out the comparison of opinions on the interpretations of Ahmad Mushtafa al-Maraghi and Sayyid Qutb Ibrahim Husain regarding Human Glory. The results of this research. Glory is a high degree or position and a person's dignity before humans and God. Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi believes that human glory is seen from their gratitude and desire not to associate partners with Allah. while Sayyid Qutb believes that human glory is seen from how well humans use their reason and thoughts and how perfect and special humans are compared to other creatures. Keywords: Glory, Human, Ahmad Mutafa al-Maraghi, Sayyid Quthb.
