Abstract
ABSTRACT Determining user satisfaction with the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Public Prosecutor's application depends on user satisfaction. The EUCS method has been used quantitatively by researchers. The objective of this study is to ascertain the degree of satisfaction of public prosecutor software users. Questionnaires were distributed to 188 mobile prosecutor respondents. The findings indicate that user satisfaction can be observed through the results for various variables: the content variable scored 81.83% in user satisfaction, the accuracy variable scored 82.71%, the format variable scored 81.96%, the ease of use variable scored 83.56%, and the timeliness variable scored 82.39%. Overall, user satisfaction across all variables was 82.39%. Keyword: User Satisfaction, Kejaksaan Mobile Application, EUCS
