Abstract

The Prabumulih City Communication and Informatics Service (DISKOMINFO) has utilized internet technology through websites as one of the main information channels to the public. However, there are various challenges faced, including usability problems which affect the effectiveness of information dissemination. The Prabumulih City DISKOMINFO website still has several problems with information that is not always updated so that users do not find the latest information they are looking for and there is no visitor statistics column. Data processing uses percentage calculations and uses SPSS and Microsoft Excel tools.
