Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi ini berkaitan dengan Kegiatan sewa menyewa Ume (Sawah Padi) di Desa Pengumbuk Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin yang bayar belakangan. Sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan penulis untuk merumuskan dalam bentuk rumusan masalah, Bagaimanakah Sistem Sewa Menyewa Ume (Sawah Padi) di Desa Pengumbuk Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin, dan Bagaimanakah Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap Sistem Sewa Menyewa Ume (Sawah Padi) di Desa Pengumbuk Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan atau field research bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, bersumber data primer dan sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sistem sewa menyewa Ume (Sawah Padi) bayar belakangan yang terjadi di Desa Pengumbuk Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin yaitu pihak penyewa tidak mampu untuk membayar uang sewa menyewanya di depan dan membayar uang sewa menyewanya setelah masa panen padi atau bayar belakangan dan kedua belah pihak sudah sepakat dengan pembayaran tersebut, dan sistem sewa menyewa bayar belakangan ini menurut hukum ekonomi syariah adalah sesuai dengan prinsip kerelaan kedua belah pihak atas dasar kesepakatan. Kata Kunci: Sewa Menyewa, Ume (Sawah Padi), Bayar Belakangan. ABSTRACT This study is related to the activity of renting Ume (Rice Fields) in Pengumbuk Village, Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency which was paid later. So that raises the author's question to formulate in the form of a problem formulation, how is the Ume Rent System (Rice Fields) in Pengumbuk Village, Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency, and How is the Review of Sharia Economic Law on the Ume Rent System (Rice Fields) in Pengumbuk Village, Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency. The research method uses a type of field research or field research that is qualitative descriptive, sourced from primary and secondary, data sources with observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the recent payment Ume (Rice Fields) rental system that occurred in Pengumbuk Village, Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency, namely the tenant is unable to pay the rent in advance and pay the rent after the rice harvest period or pay later and both parties have agreed on the payment, and the recent rent and pay system according to sharia economic law is in accordance with The principle of willingness of both parties on the basis of agreement.
