Abstract
With current technological advances, computerized systems have almost replaced all manual systems which then provide benefits in various ways, one of which is managing fertilizer stocks. The government's subsidized fertilizer policy supports the agricultural sector by providing cheap fertilizer to farmers with the aim of increasing agricultural productivity, increasing farmer income, and achieving sustainability of the national food system. An effective information system is needed to manage subsidized fertilizer data, so that distribution can be carried out more efficiently and transparently. CV Bintang Agro Semende is a company engaged in the distribution of Indonesian subsidized fertilizers located in Palembang and the work area is in Muara Enim. By facilitating companies and retailers in managing the distribution of subsidized fertilizer, a subsidized fertilizer information system is needed to increase productivity. This research utilizes the application of the Agile Software Development concept using the Extreme Programming (XP) method as well as software modeling using UML modeling. The expected result of this research is an effective and efficient subsidized fertilizer information system that tracks and manages the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in a transparent and precise manner.
