Abstract
ABSTRACT This research resulted in a hospital information system that aims to replace manual data recording and management system to computerization, in order to overcome the obstacles that have often occurred related to inability to provide information needed quickly, accurately and on time. Now with the information system the required reports can be available instantaneously, such as: financial statements, patient medical reports, and print patient medical record card. Administration Information System at Web Based Mahulizahra Indralaya Hospital is built using PHP and MySQL as its database and PHPMyAdmin tools and methods used are Unified Software Development Process (USDP) model method.
