Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between locus of control and career maturity in final year students of Islamic Religious Education at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The method in this research is quantitative with the approach used is correlational research. The subjects in this study were final year students of the 2021 Islamic Religious Education study program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The sample of this study was 161 people with the sampling technique using cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this study are the results of the construction carried out by researchers, namely using the locus of control scale through reference to aspects from Lavenson (1974) and the career maturity scale through reference to aspects from Super (1977). The results of data analysis using Product Moment obtained a significance result = 0.000 with a correlation score (rxy) = 0,439. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between locus of control and career maturity in final year students of Islamic Religious Education at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
