Abstract
This research aimed produce student worksheets on the set subject using Palembang's special food which is valid and practical. The type of study in this research was development research using formative evaluation that consist of self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, small group, and field test. The data collection techniques in this study were interview, questionaire and observation. Questionaire, interviews were used to know the validity and practicality, observation was used to find the practicality of the student Worksheets. The subject in this study was seventh grade of MTs N 1 Palembang consist of 20 students. The results of this research was obtained by student Worksheets in the set Palembang's special food which (1) is valid based on comments and suggestions that given by the validator and students, (2) practical based on the outcome of the practicality of one to one which is 100 and it means student Worksheets on the set subject using Palembang's special food entering the category that practical that can be used without any revision, the average small group is 92 which means student Worksheets on the set subject using Palembang's special food enters the category very practical, can be used without any revision, the average of stage field tests was 97.7 which means student worksheets on the set subject using Palembang's special food enter the category very practical that can be used without revision.
