Abstract

A B S T R A C T Eva Melani Nur ( 209 140 006 ) . The content of calcium ( Ca ) and phosphorus ( P ) Koro Sword Beans ( Canavalia ensiformis ) as an Alternative Feed Concentrate On Cattle Rations Using Different Old Immersion NaCl , ( guided by Munir and Intan Dwi Novieta ) . The purpose of this intensive search was to determine the effect of immersion on the calcium content of NaCl ( Ca ) and phosphorus ( P ) in lentils sword . This study used a completely randomized design ( CRD ) with three replications and three times the level of treatment that is . TO = control , TI = 1 day of immersion , submersion T2 = 3 days , T3 = 5 days immersion . soaking lentils using different NaCl soaking time is very noticeable at the level of 1 % ( P < 0:01 ) . At without soaking produce an average calcium content of 0.90 % . As for the immersion 1 day treatment with an average calcium content of 0.59 % . This shows a decrease in the amount of calcium levels as much as 0.31 % . On the results of subsequent treatment is the immersion 3 days treatment with the average calcium content of 0.61 % . This shows a decrease in calcium content as much as 0.29 % of the withaout treatment . The last treatment with soaking 5 days resulted in an average of 0.52 % . This shows a decrease in calcium content as much as 0.38 % of the T0 treatment . soaking lentils using NaCl soaking time was highly significant . At without treatment resulted in an average of 1.10 % . As for the immersion 1 day treatment with an average phosphorus content of 0.83 % , indicating a decrease in the amount of 0.27 % phosphorus levels . On the results of subsequent treatment is the immersion 3 days treatment with the average calcium content of 0.78 % , indicating a decrease in the phosphorus content of as much as 0.32 % of the T0 treatment . The with T3 soaking 5 daystreatment) . This shows a decrease in the phosphorus content of as much as 0.33 % of the R0 treatment with an average value of 0.77 % phosphorus content. Keywords : Calcium, Phosphorus, Word Jack Beans, Immersion. 107 Eva, et.al A B S T R A K Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman NaCl terhadap kandungan kalsium (Ca) dan Fospor (P)pada kacang koro pedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan ulangan tiga kali dan tiga taraf perlakuan yaitu . TO= kontrol, TI= perendaman 1 hari, T2= perendaman 3 hari, T3= perendaman 5 hari. perendaman kacang koro dengan menggunakan lama perendaman NaCl yang berbeda sangat nyata pada taraf 1% (P<0.01). Pada perlakuantanpa perendaman menghasilkan rata-rata kandungan kalsium 0,90%. Adapun perlakuan padaperendaman 1 hari dengan rata-rata kandungan kalsium 0,59%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan jumlah kadar kalsium sebanyak 0,31%. Pada hasil perlakuan selanjutnya yaitu perlakuan perendaman 3 hari dengan rata-rata kandungan kalsium 0,61% . Hal ini menunjukkan penurunan kandungan kalsium sebanyak 0,29% dari perlakuan tanpaperlakuan. Adapun perlakuan perendaman 5 hari menghasilkan rata-rata 0,52%. Hal ini menunjukkan penurunan kandungan kalsium sebanyak 0,38% dari perlakuan T0. perendaman kacang koro dengan menggunakan lama perendaman NaCl yang berpengaruh sangat nyata. Pada T0 tanpa perlakuan menghasilkan rata-rata 1,10%. Perlakuan perendaman 1 hari rata-rata kandungan fospor 0,83%, ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan jumlah kadar fospor sebanyak 0,27%. Pada hasil perlakuan selanjutnya yaitu perlakuan perendaman 3 hari dengan rata-rata kandungan kalsium 0,78%,. Hal ini menunjukkan penurunan kandungan fospor sebanyak 0,32% dari tanpaperlakuan. Adapun perlakuan perendaman 5 hari, penurunan kandungan fospor sebanyak 0,33% dari perlakuantanpaperlakuandengan nilai rata-rata kandungan fospor 0,77%.
