Abstract
Al-Qur'an is one of the Holy Books that can bring about transformation and deep affection to man's inner self and accomplishment. For moslems this holy book is not only acknowledges as words of God revealed to human being through Muhammad (pease be upon him) but also taken as a par excellence model for language perfection. Indeed it is a historical document reflecting socio-cultural, religious and political situation of the Arabic society in the 7th century. At the same time however, it is also serves as manual and reference of regulations for billions of human being wishing to live under this guide and to search the meaning of live. Accordingly , Moslems have been studying the Qur'an since the moment its first revelation. In addition the Qur'an in the moslem view serves as a guidance for universal life anywhere, anytime and anyhow. As a matter of fact, the Qur'an is identified as hudan li al-nas (guidance for human being), al-Furqon (partition of right and wrong) or other corresponding titles included in its different chapters. As a guide book, the Qur'an offer the system of regulation and principles for human life. This aspect in Thoshihiko Isutzu's perspective, is identified as a concepts of ethic that comprise a number of aspects including the Issue of Ishlah
