Abstract

ABSTRACT Optimizing the performance of an organization or government agency required productivity. Productivity is important as a measure of the success of resource optimization of an organization or agency. Problems faced by the Office of Cooperatives Small and Medium Enterprises of South Sumatra Province is the administrative process carried out the recording in the ledger or file storage in the form of dosir it requires so many books and make it difficult to dig information because so much staffing about the data. Personnel management information system functions in managing data ranging from the filing of leave, the filing of mutation, the filing of the increase and the submission of employee pensions. In this research the researcher uses Rational Unified Process (RUP) method as development and modeling method using UML (Unified Model Language). While making its own application using JSP programming language with MySQL for its database processing. Personnel management information system (SIMPEG) can play an important role to facilitate the data collection, filing and reporting in order to be able to solve the problem well.
