Abstract
This thesis discusses the implementation of online-based learning in grade V SD Negeri 91 Palembang. This study aims to (1) analyze the planning of the implementation of online-based thematic learning in class V SD Negeri 91 Palembang; (2) analyzing the implementation of courage-based learning in class V SD Negeri 91 Palembang; (3) analyzing evaluation of courage based learning in class V SD Negeri 91 Palembang; (4) Identification of supporting factors and inhibiting factors for online-based learning in class V SD Negeri 91 Palembang; Based on these objectives, in order to be able to see complex online-based thematic learning, from the beginning to the end of the activity. This type of research is a qualitative study using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were class III and V teachers. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation study. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study indicate the following findings: (1) Online-based thematic learning planning makes modifications and innovations in accordance with policies that have been made by the Palembang City Education Office and adapted to pandemic conditions. (2) Implementation of online-based thematic learning has been carried out well. (3) Evaluation of online-based thematic learning for assessment of learning outcomes refers to technical guidelines with adjustments to the pandemic period. (4) There are two factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of online-based thematic learning, namely internal factors and external factors
