Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to measure the maturity level of the alignment of business and IT strategies at the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The method used is the Luftman SAMM model (Strategic Alignment Maturity Model). The Luftman model is one of the research models of the alignment of the IT-Business Strategy developed by combining several existing fremework models such as Van Hout and the MIT90 framework. In the Luftman model there are six Domains used, namely, Communication, Competency / Value Measurement, Governance, Partnership, Scope and Architecture, Skills. From the analysis that has been done, the results show that the level of alignment of business and IT strategies at the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang reached the level 2 (Commited Process) maturity with a score of 2.66 defined as having the willingness and awareness to build a shared commitment and starting to implement that commitment to achieve harmony in good condition. In addition, the variable that obtained the smallest average score of maturity was Governance with a score of 2.88 while the variable with the highest average maturity score was the Partnership variable with a score of 3.47. Keywords: Luftman SAMM (Strategic Alignment Maturity Model), strategic alignment and business ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan Keselarasan strategi bisnis dan TI di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode yang digunakan model Luftman SAMM (Strategic Alignment Maturity Model). Model Luftman merupakan salah satu model penelitian kematngan penyelarasan Strategi IT-Bisnis yang dikembangkan dengan cara mengkombinasikan beberapa model fremework yang telah ada seperti Van Hout dan framework MIT90. Di dalam model Luftman terdapat enam buah Domain yang digunakan yakni, Communicatio, Competency/ Value Measurement, Governance, Partnership, Scope and Architecture, Skills. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat kematangan keselarasan strstegi bisnis dan TI pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang mencapai tingkat kematangan level 2 (Commited Process) dengan skor 2,66 didefinisikan telah memiliki kemauan dan kesadaran dalam membangun komitmen bersama serta mulai menjalankan komitmen tersebut untuk mencapai keselarasan pada keadaan yang baik. Selain itu variabel yang memperoleh nilai skor rata-rata kematangan paling kecil adalah Governance dengan skor 2,88 sedangkan variabel dengan skor rata-rata kematangan paling besar adalah variabel Partnership dengan skor 3,47. Kata Kunci : Luftman SAMM (Strategic Alignment Maturity Model), keselarasan strategi TI dan bisnis.
