Abstract
This thesis discusses the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education at the Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education at the Tabiyah Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. By using quantitative research methods. The sample used in this study were 117 students. The data analysis method used isanalysis product moment. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between selfefficacy and academic procrastination, this is evidenced by the value of the correlation coefficient which shows the number 0.234, with a sig value of 0.001 where p <0.05, meaning the higher the efficacy self, the lower the academic procrastination, and vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the academic procrastination.
