Abstract
This study aims to produce mathematics learning media using Adobe Animate CC on arithmetic sequences and series material in the context of Malay Islam with valid and practical categories. This type of research is design research in the development study section with the Tessmer procedure which consists of a preliminary stage and a prototyping stage with a formative evaluation flow (selfevaluation, one-to-one, small group, and field test stages). The material content is arranged based on problem-solving abilities combined with the Malay Islamic context. Data collection techniques used were documentation, validation sheets, questionnaires, student answers, and interviews. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MA Aulia Cendekia Palembang. The results show that the developed learning media is valid based on the results of expert validation sheets and practical based on questionnaires and the results of the evaluation answers from students.
