Abstract
Problems that often occur in the academic information system of the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, namely the absence of an editing menu on the system if students take the wrong course and display the user interface on the system which the user feels is less convenient. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of system quality, information quality and service quality on user satisfaction. In this study, only 4 variables were adopted from the Delone and Mclean information system success model, namely system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The regression technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from the regression results, namely the system quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.123, the quality of information has a positive effect on user satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.165, the quality of service has an effect positive on user with a regression coefficient of 0.230 and the value of the coefficient of determination R Square of 39.6%, which means that the variation in the influence of the independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is categorized very low.
