Abstract
This study aims to determine the strategy of library managers in improving the information literacy of users at the IAIN Curup library by using SWOT analysis. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, the sampling in this study amounted to 9 people and where the total sample used became the research population. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that there have been several information literacy activities that have been carried out, namely user education, group guidance and activities every Thursday, if viewed from these activities the condition of user information literacy is quite good, it can be seen from the users who are already able to access in utilizing information technology independently as well as the facilities and infrastructure provided to support information literacy activities and also several librarians who already have certification in the field of information literacy.
