Abstract
Execution of child custody verdicts (hadhanah) there are still several executions of whose decisions cannot be carried out. The issues of child executions to date can be resolved in the midst of problems in the absence of regulations or the absence of legislation. Reformulation of Procedure for Religious Courts in Execution child custody decisions apply dwangsom institutions when approving cases to religious courts Dwangsom institutions can be an instrument of execution if the plaintiff believes that the defendant will not implement the judge's decision and believes that execution will increase difficulties. Dwangsom Institution can be a preventive solution, where the psychic defendant will receive pressure to immediately implement a judge's decision that has the legal force to continue working voluntarily. In addition, there are other efforts that can be made in implementing this decision in a religious court, namely before the pronouncement of the decision, the Chairperson of the Assembly can ask and involve the defendant to send the child to the party plaintiff, what more children need to know with the plaintiff with defendant. This can be done if the defendant wants to listen to the judge's advice before the case is decided and considers the benefits for the child, so that the verdict to be pronounced does not become an illusion.
